Yipee!
I started a new job doing typesetting and graphic design. I am happy to get back into that field and it will allow me to spend more time on my fine art. I am going to be in a little art show at the Rancho Bernardo Community Center and was interviewed by 2 San Diego newspapers this week regarding the show!

The Best Advice I Ever Got
A Collaborative Journal Project

I am participating in the Best Advice I Ever Got Project. This is a project started by Penelope Dullaghan, artist and illustrator. You can read about the Journal Project at: http://www.penelopeillustration.com/bestadviceproject.html.

There are 80 people on a list. When an artist receives a book, they make an entry about the best advice they ever got then mail it to the next person on the list. The book I have was sent out by Penelope from Indiana, has been to Colorado, Canada, Austria, and California. It should make for an interesting book!

My entries in the book are shown below.

You have the power to change things.

What ever is bothering you now will still be bothering you 25 years
from now unless you do something about it.

There is no try.

You either do it or you don't. There is no try.
I think this guy said it long before Yoda did.
